Mr. Schwarzenberg has been with McDonnell Adels & Klestzick, P.L.L.C. since 2000 and has been a junior partner with the firm since 2008. Mr. Schwarzenberg focuses on medical providers’ eligibility under New York’s No-Fault Law and has conducted numerous examinations under oath to this end. In addition, Mr. Schwarzenberg conducts examinations under oath of individuals suspected of attempting to defraud insurance carriers either by making material misrepresentations in the procurement of the insurance policy or presentation of the claim, including whether the loss was an intentional/staged loss.
Previously Mr. Schwarzenberg worked in-house for a major New York insurance carrier and also worked for several years for a Manhattan litigation firm, where he handled all facets of the defense of personal injury and property damage litigation from inception to trial on behalf of major property, commercial, and motor vehicle insurance carriers.
